Traditional Moussaka - 350g

Moussaka is undoubtedly the most famous Greek dish in the world, the essence of a Greek cuisine that primarily turns to the earth when choosing ingredients. In fact, vegetables, meat, and cheese are the main ingredients of the traditional moussaka recipe.

 

Potatoes, zucchini, and eggplants are being laid on a baking tray in layers separated with ground meat, cooked, and enriched with spices. Then, on top of the layers, bechamel sauce is poured and to give that little extra crispiness, some grated cheese to create a crust when baking.
